🐾 In-Store & Curbside Return Policy 9-2025

We’re proud to stand behind the products we carry — and we do our best to make things right when something doesn’t work out. This policy applies to purchases made in-store or through our curbside pickup system. We do not process returns for items purchased through third-party websites, marketplaces, or resellers.
✅ Eligible Returns (Within 60 Days of Purchase)
All returns must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 60 days of purchase
- Original receipt required (unless the purchase can be verified in our system)
- Must be in original packaging with UPC/barcode and lot number (if applicable)
- Must be unused and in resellable condition, unless otherwise stated below
Accepted Return Categories:
Pet Food, Treats, Supplements, and Consumables:
Opened or partially used items may be returned within 60 days, if they are in the original packaging with UPC and lot info. Full refund applies.
Collars, Leashes, Harnesses, and Apparel:
Must be unused with all original tags attached. No visible wear, strong odors (e.g., smoke), dirt, or pet hair.
Pet Accessories (including toys, beds, litter accessories, collars, leads, etc.):
Must be in original, resellable condition with no signs of use, no odors, no wear or damage. Items with pet hair, stains, dirt, or chewing damage are not eligible.
Toys:
Returnable only if there is a clear manufacturer defect or if covered under a manufacturer-backed satisfaction guarantee.
Unopened Products:
Unopened, non-perishable items in new condition may be eligible for return at store discretion.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used, damaged, or soiled items, including toys, bedding, chews, or gear (unless manufacturer defect applies)
- Toys or accessories that have been chewed, scratched, or destroyed by pets
- EPA-regulated flea/tick treatments or dewormers, even if unused (Customer must contact the manufacturer directly for satisfaction guarantees or refunds)
- Final sale, clearance, or discounted items – no returns or exchanges
- Special orders, including:
- Custom or non-stock items
- Open cases of pet food
- Items not purchased directly from All American Pet, including those bought online, through marketplaces, or paid via third-party platforms (e.g., Google Pay, Afterpay)
📝 Additional Return Details
- Returns without a receipt may only be accepted if the purchase can be verified through our register system.
- Gift returns must follow the same return conditions. If no receipt is available, we must confirm the original purchaser and transaction.
- Returns beyond 60 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of store management.
- No restocking fees, but special order items may not be returnable, even if unopened.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. If that’s unavailable, store credit may be issued.
- Any item with strong odors, pet hair, stains, visible use, or missing tags will not be accepted.
